• Contact data: the phone numbers, email addresses, and names in the contact lists you upload to send campaigns
• Billing information, processed by our payment provider
• Usage data, such as which features you use and campaign delivery statistics

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including AI-drafted messages
• Send your SMS and email campaigns to your contacts on your behalf
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Provide customer support and respond to your requests
• Improve the Service and detect misuse of the platform

When you upload a contact list, you are acting as the data controller for that data, and you are responsible for having a lawful basis and consent to message those contacts. Larkko processes your contacts' data solely to deliver the campaigns you create, and does not use it for any other purpose.

We share information with third-party providers only as needed to operate the Service:

• Amazon Web Services (SES), to deliver email campaigns
• SMS gateway providers and mobile network operators, to deliver SMS campaigns
• Our payment processor, to handle billing

We do not sell your information or your contacts' information to third parties.

We retain your account and contact data for as long as your Account is active. If you close your Account, we delete your Content within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain records for legal or billing purposes.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may access, correct, or delete your Account information at any time from your dashboard settings, or by contacting us. You may also request a copy of the data we hold about you.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.

The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service before the changes take effect.
